基于预测卸载时间的大容量箕斗曲轨装卸技术研究

摘要: 针对煤矿大容量箕斗曲轨卸载方式存在着冲击力大、损坏严重等问题,选取50t立井大型提煤箕斗进行曲轨自动卸载的研究,从对曲轨卸载的原理和理论分析入手,提出了基于预测卸载时间的控制策略,通过对卸载时间的预测,为解决装卸协调一致问题提供依据|明确了曲轨卸载系统新思路,通过设计、调整箕斗参数,得到了期望曲线,对比分析开启力和应力情况,表明改进后的卸载系统可以满足应力变化需求,降低冲击和损伤。

Abstract: Coal unloading coal operations automation to improve the efficiency of coal production has important significance, but large capacity skip using curved rail unloading way exists large impact force, serious damage phenomenon, in order to solve this problem, this paper selects 50 tons of shaft large coal skip on curved rail automatic unloading, from the dump rail theory analysis of forecasting the loading and unloading time. To solve handling coordination problems and provide basis; and through design and adjustment of skip parameters, get the desired curve, to meet the coal unloading stress changes in demand.
